Who's hot, who's not

Who's hot
•Kendall Hunter (at left): The true freshman running back ran for 125 yards at Troy — the lone bright spot in a disappointing loss. Hunter is averaging 7.6 yards a carry and might play a key role if Dantrell Savage doesn't play.

•Chris Collins: The sophomore linebacker leads the Cowboys with 26 tackles after recording 13 at Troy. For OSU to post an upset, Collins and his linebacker buddies must cover well, prevent yards after the catch and apply occasional blitz pressure.

Who's not
•Keith Toston (at left): While second on the team in rushing (146 yards), the sophomore running back has lost three fumbles. His yards per carry (4.7) also has slipped from last season (6.0).

•Tonga Tea: The highly touted junior college transfer has recorded only five tackles the first three games. Defensive tackle is a major concern, but it will be more relevant when the Cowboys play against power running backs.
