OSU football plans pep rally next Tuesday
STILLWATER -- Striking while the excitement is hot, Oklahoma State has planned a football pep rally at noon on Tuesday at the school's student union.
The specifics of the event have not been announced.
It's an effort to keep the fire burning after an exciting January that included star players Chuba Hubbard and Tylan Wallace announcing their intentions to stay at Oklahoma State for the 2020 season, and the promotion of long-time assistant Kasey Dunn to offensive coordinator.
Additionally, OSU hired former NFL quarterback Tim Rattay as its new quarterbacks coach.

All those factors have head coach Mike Gundy speaking strongly about his hopes for next season.
“What we’ve done, we’ve solidified and we’ve qualified,” Gundy told The Oklahoman's Berry Tramel this week. “We’ve got a spot in the Kentucky Derby. We’re in Gate No. 4. We’ve got a lot of training in order to do it. We’re going to be in the race. Now we’ve got to take care of our business over the next nine months, and that’s really what it’s about.”
